Kristi Kahn

Kristi Kahn is Executive Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for the Commercial Bank. Her team is responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative functions for the Commercial Bank. She leads the Commercial Middle Office supporting loan and deposit administration, Commercial platforms, financial reporting and analytics and sales incentive, marketing, sales enablement and Customer Experience (CX), delivery and governance, and oversees Commercial Banking programs and projects. She is also the executive sponsor for Webster’s Commercial Banking rotational program.

Kristi’s career in banking spans two decades. Prior to joining Webster in 2009, she started her career at a mid-sized regional bank based in Michigan. Kristi joined Webster as an Analyst, and then led the transformation of Webster’s third-party risk management function. Kristi joined the Commercial Banking leadership team in 2018 and has been transforming and expanding the Commercial Administration team to support the bank’s continued growth objectives.

Kristi serves on the board of Special Olympics of Connecticut. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
