St. Ann’s School receives $36M in private placement tax exempt bonds

The Not-For-Profit Banking team has provided St. Ann’s School with $36M in private placement tax exempt bonds. This will allow the school to finance the purchase and renovation of a ~25,000 square foot property previously leased by Saint Ann’s. Additionally, the school secured a $6M revolving line of credit to finance working capital needs.

Founded in 1965, Saint Ann’s School is an independent, non-sectarian day school offering preschool through 12th grade educational services. Saint Ann’s is located in Brooklyn Heights, NY and has an enrollment of over 1,100 students.
