Frequently Asked Questions

Will my future dated Bill Pay payments in Web-Link move over to e-Treasury?
Yes, single future dated payments in Web-Link that were approved in a scheduled status will move over automatically. If they were not approved, then they will need to be set up and re-originated on e-Treasury.
Will my re-occurring payments move over automatically?

Yes. If they were set up as an approved series, they will move over.

If you decided to skip a monthly payment in a series, it will not move over. For example, if on July 1 you decided to skip the July payment due on July 25 and scheduled it to recommence on August 25, the skipped month will not be recognized and the vendor will be paid. Note that this kind of skip doesn’t happen often and may not impact you.
