New Digital Banking Services Have Arrived!

We updated our digital banking platform to give you even more tools to manage your personal and business finances securely online and with our new mobile app. Your online services have automatically transitioned to the new digital banking platform.

Log in

Go to websterbank.com and log in with your current username and password. Your current login information will work unless otherwise noted in the letter we sent to you.

You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in, accept the new Terms and Conditions, and set up security questions.

In most cases, you’ll find your recent account history, your bill payees, and even your account nicknames are ready and waiting for you.

Important Topics

Username and Password
  • Go to websterbank.com and log in with your current username and password.
  • Your username and password have transferred automatically unless you were notified otherwise in the mail.
  • If you previously had both Webster and Sterling online banking log-in credentials, your accounts have been combined into one online profile. Please use your Sterling username and password to log in and see all your accounts in one place.
First-Time Login Instructions
  • Enter your existing username and password to log in.
  • Accept our new terms and conditions and complete our security setup. Be sure to provide your mobile phone number for use in passcode verification.
  • Check any future-dated or recurring payments that were transferred and confirm they are correct.
    • Note: if you have multiple usernames, please login to each to view the appropriate transfers and payments.
  • Reestablish any account alerts and online preferences, as well as connections to Quicken, Mint, QuickBooks, or other external financial services.
Mobile Banking

  • Download the new Webster Bank Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play and reestablish mobile access.
    • Please note, our app supports Android 9 and up and iPhone requires iOS 15.0 or later.
Statements
  • You will continue to receive eStatements if you previously opted out of paper statements.
  • If you previously received both eStatements and paper statements for the same account, you will receive paper only but can change your selection online to eStatements only.
  • Fees may apply for paper statements. Change your selection to eStatements to avoid the fee.
