Phil Picillo is Senior Vice President, Director of Treasury and Payment Solutions. He joined Webster in 2012 and is responsible for leading Treasury and Payment Solutions’ divisions: Government and Institutional Banking, Interest Rate Management and Global Trade, Product Management, Client Service, Implementation and Deposit Servicing.
Prior to joining Webster, Phil was Senior Vice President for Treasury and Payment Solutions at SunTrust in Atlanta. He has held similar positions at Sovereign and Citizens banks.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University, his master’s degree in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and his law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law.
He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Phil is also on the board of NACHA and is a member of the Mass Bar Association Fee Arbitration Board.
Phil is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and was a board member and past president of the New England AFP.
