How it works

To securely print official checks from your office, you begin with a three-level sign-on method. You can request an individual check or upload a batch of checks. Upon review, your request is submitted for internal approval. Your designated approver approves or denies your request. If denied, the reasons are logged into the system. If approved, Webster receives the request for final review. Upon approval, your funding account will be debited. Your authorized employee receives an alert and releases the check for printing to your designated printer. You can monitor and track requested checks and run reports, as needed.
